Whale watching at midnight

During your time in Iceland, take advantage of a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to go whale watching under the midnight sun! Dolphins, minke whales, humpback whales, and other species may be spotted. You will receive a ticket to try again for free if your tour yields no results.

Iceland has nearly 24 hours of daylight in the summer, so tours can run under the stunning midnight sun. Seeing whales at night when the North Atlantic waters are illuminated by the evening sun's rays makes the experience even more memorable.

Because this tour lasts between two and two and a half and a half hours, you return to the harbor just before midnight, giving you plenty of time to look for whales with one of our knowledgeable guides. The four most normal species that are seen in Faxaflói Sound are humpback whales, white-hooked dolphins, harbor porpoises and minke whales.

The boat Rósin includes warm overalls for each traveler, indoor and outside survey decks, 2 bathrooms and a café ready.
